THE MAXIMIZATION OF BENEFITS UNDER TOTAL QUALITY STANDARDS: AN APPROACH TO THE APPLICATION IN SMES OF THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SUPERFOODS

Through this document, it was possible to analyze the main characteristics of volume scientific production referring study variables Total Quality and Agri-food Sector in order understand maximization benefits SMEs sector that implement strategies based on total quality standards. A bibliometric analysis proposed details such as Year Publication, Country Origin publication, Area Knowledge which published research is carried out Type Publication most frequently used by authors each document high impact journals indexed Scopus database. Among findings, determine for execution different methodologies, report 32 documents related achieved. The year highest number publications type registered 2022 with a 7 documents. country origin institutions reported records Scopus, Italy 9 area knowledge greatest influence at time executing projects resulted Agriculture, Biological Sciences contributed great theoretical material 21 publication publicize findings from aforementioned variables, Journal Article, represented 78% production.
